Steel Building Kits in Amarillo, TX
What comes in a kit, and what you still have to line up.
A steel building kit gets you the frame, the wall and roof panels, the trim and the fasteners, and most kits also come with a set of drawings.
It doesn't get you a foundation. The slab, the rebar and the site work are up to you. The anchor bolts aren't in the box either, because they're set into the concrete, so the kit maker sends a bolt plan instead.
Before you order, it helps to line up three people: someone to pour the slab, someone to put up the steel, and someone to pull the permit. Sometimes one company can handle all three.

How long does a kit take to show up?
It depends on the maker. Ask when they quote.
